The TC 242/242 Turbocharger Camshaft will have a performance "lopey" "choppy" idle with very strong high RPM horsepower. This camshaft is a great choice for racing providing very strong high RPM power. This camshaft requires a vehicle with free flowing racing exhaust, optimum high stall speed torque converter and optimum final drive gearing. Valve spring and pushrod upgrade are required. Our turbocharger series cams are designed with our renowned smooth cam lobe design that provides quiet valve train operation and excellent upper rpm stability.
