Ground on a 112 LSA and with a healthy duration split, this cam has enough chop and grunt to register readings on the Richter scale! Our BFD Line of camshafts is the nastiest sounding cam you can stuff into your 5.3, 5.7, 6.0, 6.2, LS7, or Big Inch Stroker LS. · Engines best suited for: 400+ci LS Stroker Engines · Desired Compression ratio for cam: 11.0:1+ · Recommended Springs Required: TSP/PAC Dual .660 Valve Spring Kit · Aftermarket Stall Converter Required: Yes, 3400+ · Upgraded Rear Gear Required: No · Operating RPM Range: 2400-7000 · Estimated Power Increase: 80+ HP · Drivability: Stroker motors will handle this cam no problem and can be daily driven once proper tuning is completed. **This camshaft is only offered in a 3-bolt design, so if you have a single-bolt factory camshaft you will need to purchase a three-bolt conversion kit that will supply the correct 4x upper timing gear to supply the correct camshaft position signal, as well as the ARP camshaft bolt kit that will supply the three required bolts.
